Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am PST will be shipped the sameday when possible. Processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 7am PST, Saturday and Sundaywill be processed the following Monday.For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates vary.We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States online. SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7am Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day.Standard shipping charges are applied. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight deliveryis available for an additional charge.We cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Bath Accessories Company would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. BathAccessories.com will only accept returns on itemspurchased through the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at Arjay@bathaccessories.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period.
