Bath Accessories Company would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will only accept returns on items purchased through the website 
(SpaSister.com) with a receipt and order number.

To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please call us at 510-785-7985 within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period. Due to the nature of the product, product boxes must remain unopened and in the original state.

Bath Accessories Company reserves the right to void, cancel, and refund any online orders due to incorrect information (or for any reason).
